Delca Massey

Delca is responsible for the clinical and billing function of the practice. She assists with making the practice is compliant and meets OSHA standards. Her role also includes making sure there is timely submission of data for claims, posting payments, and submitting charges to the billing company. Delca ensures that claims being submitted are accurate and timely. You may also see her at the front desk on occasion covering when someone is away from the office. Delca enjoys meeting with patients to help them better understand how their insurance works and is always available to answer questions that patients may have regarding their statements. Delca assists with practice outreach initiatives and maintains an open door policy for staff and patients.
